Some of the services described on this Website, are provided on the basis of payment.

The fees, duration and conditions applicable to the purchase of such services are described here below.



5. Service Description

The CDB License Payment covers support for B2B usage of our CDB Data Adaptor tool / system for automated Channel Data Submission by Channel Partners to their specific Product Companies.

Determination of payment for this service is customized and Users should only use payment services on this website if they are separately intimated about the payment details (amount / time of payment etc) by our Sales Operations team.

Prices, descriptions, availability and validity of our paid Services are subject to change without notice.

The License Fees is for annual service coverage for the pre-designated validity period as communicated to the User by our Sales Operations team prior to payment.



6. Methods of payment

All payments are independently processed through third-party payment gateway what have been determined on a best endeavour basis to be compliant with Industry Standards for Payment Processing Data Security and Privacy compliance.

We currently use Razorpay as our Payment Gateway - a PCI Compliant & ISO 27001:2013 certified Third-Party Payment Gateway (https://razorpay.com).

Therefore, this Website does not collect any payment information – such as credit card details – but only receives a notification from the Payment Gateway Provider once the payment has been successfully completed.

If payment through the available methods fail or is refused by the payment service provider, the Owner shall be under no obligation to fulfil the purchase order. Any possible costs or fees resulting from the failed or refused payment shall be borne by the User.

Non-solicited payments (Users using this website to pay without being intimated to do so) will not be refunded and will not be able to avail of services paid for.



7. Prices

Total payment fees displayed is inclusive of any applicable fees, taxes and costs. This is subject to change without notice depending on government and statutory rules and regulations as of the date of payment.



8. Payment Process

When the User submits an order, the following process applies:

1. Invocation of our third-party Payment Gateway Page

2. User to enter Name, Email, Mobile Number amongst other information – intended only to facilitate correct reconciliation of Payment.

3. Entry of Payment Instrument details (processed exclusively by the third-party Payment Gateway) and not made available to this website.

4. The submission of an order determines contract conclusion and therefore creates for the User the obligation to pay the price, taxes and possible further fees and expenses, as specified on the order page.

5. In case the purchased Product requires active input from the User, such as the provision of personal information or data, specifications or special wishes, the order submission creates an obligation for the User to cooperate accordingly.

6. Upon submission of the order, Users will receive a receipt confirming that the order has been received.


All notifications related to the described purchasing process shall be sent to the email address provided by the User for such purposes.



9. Cancellation & Refunds

There is no cancellation or refund provision for payments received for any of the services listed in this website.



Liability and indemnification


No Waiver

The Owner’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any such right or provision. No waiver shall be considered a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.


Service interruption

To ensure the best possible service level, the Owner reserves the right to interrupt the Service for maintenance, system updates or any other changes, informing the Users appropriately.

Within the limits of law, the Owner may also decide to suspend or terminate the Service altogether. If the Service is terminated, the Owner will cooperate with Users to enable them to withdraw Personal Data or information in accordance with applicable law.

Additionally, the Service might not be available due to reasons outside the Owner’s reasonable control, such as “force majeure” (eg. labor actions, infrastructural breakdowns or blackouts etc).


Service reselling

Users may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of this Website and of its Service without the Owner’s express prior written permission, granted either directly or through a legitimate reselling program.
